Electric vehicles are packing more battery cells, sensors, and displays into the same envelope, and the flexible printed circuit interface has to keep pace. Sub-0.5 mm pitch FPC connectors—once reserved for handsets—now appear in automotive programs because they fit the density that battery management systems and infotainment clusters demand. Require polarization, positive lock, RoHS/REACH compliance, and AEC-Q200 evidence, and keep the supplier's mating-cycle and EMI test reports.
